The gluten-free setup
The entire facility is dedicated to gluten-free production; the bakery states that no wheat, barley, or rye ingredient is allowed inside the kitchen. Available reports from celiac diners are consistently positive, including from people who describe themselves as highly sensitive.
What to order
The signature is a cinnamon roll baked inside cookie dough, finished with toppings. It has sold out within hours since opening week. If it is gone, look to the glazed rolls, stuffed cookies, and mini cakes in the case.
