The entire facility is gluten-free and celiac diners report it as a dedicated operation; the online ordering flow even includes a celiac allergy option. Everything is also vegan. One note for people with additional sensitivities: the kitchen bakes with oat and soy flour.
What to order
The cheddar-jalapeno bagel is the item locals name first. The cases also run quiches, cinnamon rolls, scones, and donuts, with espresso drinks to match.
