The place
A meal-prep storefront on West C Street in downtown San Diego. You can walk in and build a bowl from proteins, vegetables, carbs, and sauces, or order ahead online for pickup or delivery. There is no subscription and no contract.
The gluten-free setup
The kitchen is 100% gluten-free and celiac diners report it as a dedicated facility. Menus rotate, but everything sold, from breakfast burritos to Buddha bowls, comes out of the same gluten-free kitchen.
What to order
Build a bowl with the red pepper miso sauce; one regular said they would buy it by the bottle. The menu also lists Thai chicken wraps and breakfast burritos.
The move
Hours are short, Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm, so treat it as a weekday lunch or a stock-the-fridge run. Order online ahead if you are coming from outside downtown.
