The place
Gluten Tag! is a small family obrador on Travessera de Gràcia, and the name is exactly the joke it looks like: a play on the German greeting Guten Tag. Five founders run it, three siblings and two in-laws, and the project began because two of them, Rut and Míriam, are celiac.
The gluten-free setup
Everything baked here is gluten-free and lactose-free; it is a single-protocol workshop, not a bakery with a gluten-free corner. The founders describe the obrador as 100% gluten-free, and community reports describe it as a dedicated gluten-free bakery.
What to order
The case runs bread, croissants and palmiers, and stock rotates with the ovens rather than a fixed list. Ask what came out that morning instead of hunting one specific item.
The move
Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00, closed Sunday and Monday. Fold it into a Gràcia walk rather than planning a Monday pilgrimage.
