The entire operation is gluten-free. Every item on the menu is produced in a dedicated space that does not handle wheat flour.

What to order

The crusty baguettes offer a traditional texture for sandwiches. The chocolate croissants have distinct layers. The cinnamon buns and various cookies are available for dessert. The bakery keeps a consistent rotation of these items.

The move

Visit during the morning hours when the bread comes out of the oven. Expect counter service with minimal seating.
