The Sansglu take
The place
The same family has made pastry in this corner of Madrid since 1950. The Ferraz 47 shop is their gluten-free operation, a separate storefront with its own workshop, built so celiac customers can point at anything in the case.
The gluten-free setup
Everything sold at Ferraz 47 is gluten-free and made in its own dedicated workshop, apart from the family's conventional bakeries at other addresses. The shop carries the Spanish celiac association's 100% endorsement. Make sure you're at the sin gluten storefront, not the family's regular bakery nearby.
What to order
The case runs wider than most dedicated bakeries: magdalenas artesanas, cream-filled bollería, whole quiches, and savory empanadas de atún and ternera alongside tartas and bombones.
The move
Open every day 8:00 to 22:00, so it works as breakfast before Parque del Oeste or a late dessert stop. Weekend mornings move fast; go early for the full case.
