The gluten-free setup

Every item is gluten-free and the whole kitchen is dedicated to this standard. No wheat enters the building, so cross-contact concerns do not apply.

What to order

The smash burger on a brioche bun is the main draw, paired with an order of fries. The menu is intentionally brief, which keeps the workflow simple. Skip the complexity of a large menu and choose between the standard fries or the spicy version. The Nutella bun dessert is a choice for the end of the meal, and beer is also available.

Walk in and order the combo for a simple meal. No extra protocols are required since the whole space is dedicated.
