The Sansglu take

The place

The bakery Alpharetta knew for years as 2B Whole, now called Argentis after founder Toula Argentis's family name. Same owner, same storefront on Milton Avenue downtown, same all-gluten-free cases. Toula started at farmers markets in 2011 and opened the shop in 2015.

The gluten-free setup

The entire bakery is gluten-free and celiac diners report it as a dedicated facility. The house standard is 100% gluten, wheat, soy, casein, and peanut free. Many items are also vegan; ask at the counter about other allergens.

What to order

Reviewers keep coming back for the breads: baguettes, sandwich loaves, and biscuits, next to cases of cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and donut holes.
