The Sansglu take

The place

A walk-in storefront in Canton's Laurel Canyon Village, north of Atlanta, run by an owner whose own celiac diagnosis started the business. It won Best of Georgia for specialty restaurants in 2025. The cases hold breads, bagels, charcuterie boards, hot sandwiches, and sweets.

The gluten-free setup

Everything is made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, and the shop's own FAQ commits to zero gluten cross-contact. Know the scope: equipment is shared for tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, egg, and coconut, so this is a gluten-safe facility, not an allergen-free one.

What to order

The menu lists a fresh caraway-seeded bread that sells by the loaf, and community reports mention the Reuben built on house-baked bread.

The move

Hours are short: Tuesday to Friday 11am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, closed Sunday and Monday. Go early Saturday for the bread bake.
