The Sansglu take

The place

Hopstop is Bal and Fiona's mobile London donut business. It began at markets in March 2025 and now trades at changing stalls and events, with postal boxes available across the UK.

The gluten-free setup

Hopstop says its flour blend is tested with the ELISA R5 Mendez method and measures below 5 ppm gluten. The business also says its production equipment is dedicated to making and frying the gluten-free mix. Toppings use segregation controls and may contain egg, milk, hazelnuts, soya, or sulphites.

What to order

Start with the cinnamon-sugar original while it is still warm from the fryer. The donut itself is vegan; check the current allergen details before choosing a topping.
