Salvi PDX is a walk-in shop located inside Ground Breaker Brewery that serves Salvadoran and American comfort food.

The gluten-free setup

The kitchen runs gluten-free from start to finish, with no wheat products entering the premises at all.

What to order

The menu features fried chicken and fish and chips, both of which are common draws for those missing traditional pub fare. The pupusas are scratch-made and house favorites. You can also order nachos, tacos, or a side of fries to pair with the gluten-free beer produced by the brewery.
