The place

A Creole and Southern spot on West Addison in Avondale, grown out of chef Chesaree Rollins' gluten-free food truck. White-tablecloth-adjacent but relaxed, with weekend brunch and a full bar. Every dish on the menu is made without gluten in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

The gluten-free setup

The entire kitchen is gluten-free: every dish on the menu is made without gluten, scratch-made, per the restaurant and its the verified celiac community listing. Owner Chesaree Rollins was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2013 and built the menu for her own safety. The bar stocks gluten-free cocktails, cider, and seltzers alongside sealed conventional beers.

What to order

Fried Chicken & Beignet Waffles is the signature. Short Ribs & Red Grits anchors brunch and dinner. Crawfish cornbread and hush puppies round out the Creole side.

The move
