The Sansglu take

The place

A bakery and bistro that outgrew its original Ashburn Road space and reopened in May 2026 at Dulles 28 Centre in Sterling, near the Target and Wegmans off Waxpool Road. The old location now handles production only.

The gluten-free setup

The kitchen is dedicated gluten-free, with community reports noting ingredients are not sourced on shared gluten lines. By its own house rules the bakery also skips peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, shellfish, and fish.

What to order

The bakery case runs sweet and savory; the menu lists items like crumb cakes and filled donuts alongside bistro plates. Ask what came out of the oven that morning.
