The official site describes Terra's as a 100% gluten-free specialty store and says its baked goods and ice cream are gluten-free. Sansglu found no current claim for a separate fryer or formal certification.

What to order

Look for a scoop in the house-made gluten-free waffle cone. The current menu also lists a cold brew shake, brownie sundae, and waffle chips made from the same cones.
