The Sansglu take

The place

Ghostfish operates a family-friendly brewery, taproom, and restaurant at 2942 1st Ave S in Seattle, with indoor seating and a covered open-air beer garden. Its house beers use naturally gluten-free grains and Pacific Northwest hops.

The gluten-free setup

Ghostfish's official taproom page says the restaurant menu is 100% gluten-free and made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. It asks guests to tell their server about food allergies and says it does its best to accommodate a variety of allergies. The reviewed first-party pages do not publish a certification, separate-fryer claim, or staff-training protocol.

What to order

The current 2026 menu pairs house-brewed gluten-free beer with beer-battered Ghostfish & Chips, onion rings, burgers, chicken sandwiches, tacos, mac and cheese, fries, and salads. Many items can be prepared dairy-free or soy-free; ask the server about the current item-level options.

The move

The taproom is open daily, with brunch Sunday from 11am to 2pm and the restaurant menu from 2pm to 8pm. Kitchen service ends 15 minutes before closing, and parties of six or fewer are walk-in or first come, first served.
