The Sansglu take
The place
Fully gluten-free bagel and bread shop running end to end. The whole operation is GF, which means no wheat flour on site, no shared equipment, no hedging about cross-contact.
The gluten-free setup
100% gluten-free kitchen from oven to counter. Separate fryer, dedicated prep surfaces, no wheat anywhere in the building. Everything made here is inherently GF.
What to order
Get a bagel with cream cheese and feta, or build a sandwich on the oat challah if you want something more substantial. The Israeli dips pair well with fresh bread for snacking. Donuts here are actually good, not the dense apology baked goods you're used to. Modern Salads round out the savory side if you want to eat light.
The move
This is the kind of place where you stop doing the usual celiac math at the counter. Order like anyone else would, no special requests needed.
