The gluten-free setup

Wild runs a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and says its full food menu, including handmade pasta, is prepared gluten-free. The bar also pours regular Ithaca Beer Co. and Blue Point Brewing Co. beer, which are gluten-containing, so the full premises are not gluten-free even though the kitchen is dedicated. The reviewed official pages do not publish certification, separate-fryer, separate-oven, or staff-training details, so Sansglu does not infer those claims.

What to order

The current menu lists Burrata Prosciutto and Wild Mushroom Truffle pizzas, Garganelli Pesto, butternut squash ravioli, mozzarella sticks, calamari, and weekend brunch dishes.

The move

The restaurant opens at 11am Monday through Friday and 10am on weekends, with brunch from 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Check the official site before visiting because hours can change.
