Storefront bakery running gluten-free end to end. The whole operation is GF, so there's no code-switching between regular and dedicated lines.
The gluten-free setup
Fully gluten-free kitchen with separate fryer. Everything baked on-site operates under one protocol, no shared equipment or flour on the premises.
What to order
The donuts and Belgian waffles are the obvious pulls here. Get a babka muffin or scone if you want something to take. The breads and buns work too, though the baked goods are the real reason to show up.
The move
Mornings are best for fresh stock. Weekday visits tend to move faster than weekends.
