Safety 7911. Gluten Free T’s Kitchen
Order the ramen, the gyoza, or the karaage set, the wheat-heavy Japanese dishes celiacs usually have to skip, then finish with something from the dessert case. This is a proper sit-down meal, not a single safe plate.
The whole kitchen is gluten-free, so you read the menu like anyone else and order without a speech. T's Kitchen was the first restaurant in Asia certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group, which is about as strong as a dedicated signal gets in Tokyo. Book ahead, since the Roppongi room is small.
